Over the past two decades, I have spoken on more than 150 stages around the world, interviewed leaders and changemakers, facilitated conversations, and designed experiences that bring people together.
My work has taken me into Fortune 500 companies, global conferences, community spaces, universities, and leadership gatherings. Throughout it all, one of the things I have enjoyed most is getting people to open up, share their stories, laugh together, and find meaningful connections.
I believe we spend so much of our lives moving from one obligation to the next that we sometimes miss opportunities to really experience the people around us.
